Junonia mailbag – Great customer service is key!

Hi Anne,

I've been a longtime Junonia customer. I just wanted to tell you that I called and spoke with one of your customer service reps. I had some questions about an order I received and she was so helpful. She got the information for me and then continued to guide me to two similar items that were on sale. I just spent another $70, but I’m thrilled about it! She was so nice and so helpful. You have really good employees and your merchandise is wonderful.

I wanted to comment on some bras I just purchased, and my great sales service. I was very happy with the service I got from several people I talked to on the phone. I LOVE the Goddess Bra that I purchased on the service rep’s recommendation. I would have never purchased a wireless bra if my phone person hadn't told me it was a best seller and I could easily return it if I didn't like it. I just ordered another one. Unbelievably comfortable and supportive! Really the most comfortable bra I've owned in years! We large busted women spend years trying to figure that out! And no underwire? Amazing!

Thanks for writing with warm words about our customer service people.
